  • Priority reservation for all screenings at the 21st Seoul International ECO Film Festival will occur through online reservations.
  • All seats are reserved online.
  • No on-site reservation will occur for screenings that are sold out online.
  • Please note online ticket reservation and seats will change real time.

• Reservation

  You can make a reservation after signing up/logging in on the official website of the Seoul International ECO Film Festival.

  - Maximum 4 tickets per person per movie.

  - Reservation details can only be checked through entering the same information written at the time of reservation.

• Delivery of Ticket
  • Please enter the theater only using a mobile ticket. No printed ticket is required.
  • Mobile screen-captured tickets will not be permitted under any circumstances.
  • Printed tickets are not available at our festival, to save the environment and planet.
• Notice
  • Cancellation of ticket reservation is not allowed once the screening begins under any circumstances.
  • If the case of needing to make partial cancellation after having booked multiple seats per screening, you must cancel the entire reservation and make a reservation again.
  • The Seoul International ECO Film Festival strictly prohibits illegal acts such as falsifying tickets or purchasing them at an additional cost.
• Venue Policy
  1. Screening on time

  • Entrance after 10 minutes of the begin-ning of the screening is not allowed.
    (Shorts Film programs will run on time, and Late entry is available after the each film screening.)
  • Assigned seats may not be guaranteed for the entrance after the beginning of screening.

  2. Restrictions on food and beverages

  • Food is not allowed in the theater. Only beverages are permitted in the theater.
  • For the environment and the earth, you can bring it in if you use a multi-use container.

  3. No camera during screenings

  • Please turn off your cellular phone. Any photography, including videotaping, is not allowed during screenings.
  • In case of filming, files will be deleted and you will be forced to exit immediately.

  4. Please follow the film rating rules

  • Those under 19 are not permitted to enter R-rated movie screenings even when accompanied by a parent or adult guardian.
  • Entrance for screening is strictly controlled according to the rating system. Identification cards could be required on certain situations.

  5. 티켓 소지

  • 모든 상영관은 티켓 소지자(모바일 티켓)만 입장 가능합니다.
  • 분실 또는 파손된 입장권은 재발급되지 않으니 보관에 유의해주시기 바랍니다.
  • 초청장 및 ID카드만으로 상영관 입장할 수 없습니다.
  • ID카드로 발권한 티켓은 본인만 관람이 가능하며, 상영관 입장 시 반드시 배지를 제시해주시기 바랍니다.

• Ticket Purchase Confirmation

  Ticket information can be found on the display [My Page → Purchase details].

• Notice

  Only the purchaser can watch the screening.
  The festival does not accept applications for group viewing under any circumstances.
